We can update ‘ship to’ addresses but we cannot amend the product/s on your order. Depending on the order status, we may be able to offer a cancellation for a full refund.

Our orders are processed and shipped rapidly, so please request the order be cancelled through our Help Center as soon as possible.

If your order can't be cancelled in time and ships out, you're welcome to request it be returned to sender through our Help Center for a full refund.
